Walnut Kilao (کیلاؤ) is a traditional product of Gilgit Biltistan and Hunza Valley with amazing taste. It is served to the guests in special as being the most delicious. Locally it is also named “Hunza Chocolate”.

How is Kilao made?

It is prepared by Dipping the Walnuts Marrow into ripened juice of grapes. Then these walnuts are left to dry in sun to make the yummy Kilao.
