Just email us at admin@organicpoint.pk with your order # within 3 days of receiving parcel. Send us back the tightly closed item into our foolproof packaging box. Postal address may be inquired via email or inbox.

Then provide us with your mobile/bank account.
We will reimburse your full amount of purchase with no question asked.

If you need to cancel your order, just do email to admin@organicpoint.pk with your order #. Cancellation is applicable within 1 hour of your order processing.
