Refunding Process: Just email us at [email protected] with your order # within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Provide us with your bank account details. Bear the courier charges and dispatch the item back to us in our tightly closed and foolproof packaging box. Our postal address may be inquired via email or inbox. 

Upon receiving the parcel, we will reimburse your full amount of purchase with no questions asked.

Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your order, do email at [email protected] with your order #. Cancellation is applicable within 1 hour of your order processing time or before dispatch.
