Buffalo’s milk Desi Ghee
Our (بھینس کا دیسی گھی) is prepared from fresh buffalo milk using simple village methods in Pakistan. We follow a slow, natural process so the ghee keeps its original taste, aroma, and strength.
How it is made?
Fresh buffalo milk is boiled and cooled. The thick malai that rises to the top is collected over several days. This cream is naturally fermented to make curd (dahi). The curd is then churned to separate fresh white butter (makkhan) from buttermilk. The butter is slowly heated on low fire in a pan until the water evaporates, milk solids settle at the bottom, and clear golden ghee separates. This ghee is filtered, cooled and packed.
What Makes It Special?
