When you get these from us, store them at room temperature. Place the carton in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight. These will ripen on their natural cycle. After 2-3 days in the carton, mangoes will gradually soften and develop a fruity aroma.
Once the mangoes are soft to the touch, yield slightly to pressure, and emit a pleasant aroma, they are ready to be enjoyed. At this point, refrigerate them and enjoy with Kachi Lassi.
