Cover the mango box with any cloth and place it at room temperature when it reaches you. After 3-4 days, check if mangoes are soft and aromatic, get ready to make them cool, eat, and enjoy it with kachi lassi.

How to Ripen the Mangoes?

When your parcel arrives, open it and check the mangoes. Press each one gently with your thumb. If the skin feels hard and the color is dark green, they aren’t ripe yet. Simply put them back in the box and cover it with a warm cloth. After 2-3 days, check them again. If the skin is soft, they’re ripe, even if they’re still green.

Once they’re ripe, take the mangoes out of the box and store them in the refrigerator. Enjoy your chilled Thandy Thaar mangoes with a refreshing glass of Kachi Lassi.
